Before we begin.
A few practical answers about working with Vantage Technologies.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
VT focuses on small businesses, independent brands, restaurants, cafés, and service businesses. We review each project to determine whether its needs fit our services.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. Project communication can be handled remotely through written messages and email. Quotes on this website are shown in USD.
How long does a project take?
Timing depends on the number of pages, features, content readiness, third-party integrations, and feedback. A specific timeline is provided in the project proposal rather than promised universally.
What do you need before starting?
Usually a description of the business, the project goal, required pages or features, available logo and content, examples you like, a target timeline, and a budget range.
Can you redesign an existing website?
Redesigns can be considered. Share the current URL, what is not working, and what should improve so the scope can be assessed.
Are domain and hosting included?
Not automatically. Domain registration, hosting, paid services, and renewals are identified separately in the proposal where applicable.
Can you add bookings, payments, or e-commerce?
Potentially, depending on the requirements and suitable third-party services. These features must be scoped and quoted separately when not included in the agreed package.
How many revisions are included?
The number and type of revisions are defined in the project proposal. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may require an updated quote.
How do payments work?
Payment methods, milestones, and any deposit are agreed in writing before work begins. No single payment schedule is promised for every project.
Do I need to schedule a call?
No call is required by default. Initial details, quotes, and project communication can be handled through business messaging and email.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance?
Maintenance and post-launch support are only included when they are explicitly listed in the project scope or a separate agreement.
